2010/2011 Swim Season Registration September 15th, 16th and 17th 5 to 7pm St. James Civic Centre
Registration and swimming assessments will be taking place so bring your swim suits and goggles if you are new to the Seals. We look forward to meeting all the new Seals and to welcoming all returning Seals back to the team!

2010 Canadian Age Group Championship Results
Congratulations to Michael Solomon and Cameron Russell who competed at the 2010 Canadian Age Group Championships from July 21 to 25th.
A summary of the results:
Cameron Russell 15th-50 Breast, 58th-400IM, 26th-100 Breast, 36th-800 Free (PB), 19th-200 Breast (PB), 40th-200 IM (PB), 48th-400 Free.
Michael Solomon 7th-50 Back, 23rd-200 Back (PB), 22nd-100 Free, 25th-50 Free, 12th-100 Back (PB), 11th-50 Fly.

Seals Win Overall Small Club Award AGAIN!
The St James Seals swimmers had a fantastic repeat performance this past weekend in Saskatoon at the 2010 Long Course Man/Sask Provincial Championships by winning the overall small club award, a title they also won at the 2010 Short Course Championships.
The ten-member team was made up of Robin Dalla-Vincenza, Connor Hughes, Kyle Irvine, Alexandria Miko, Katherine Nemeth-Crapper, Cameron Russell, Andrew Solomon, Michael Solomon, Zoey Traverse and Jordan Wall.
Special recognition goes out to Cameron Russell, Michael Solomon and Zoey Traverse who won an impressive two golds, six silvers and five bronzes between the three of them.
Also, congratulations to Cameron Russell who broke Brett Goldhawk's five-year-old club record in the 50 breastroke with a new time of 36.23.
Seals Golden at Junior Provincials
There is a golden hue in the St James area after a successful weekend of swimming at Junior Provincials. The team swam to a solid third place finish overall with the 26-member team winning a total of 21 gold medals. Congratulations swimmers!
Special recognition goes out to Nick Assuras, Alexander Campbell, Winson Choi, Gabe Dela Cruz, Connor Hughes, Kyle Irvine, Josh Koldon, Alexandria Miko, Katherine Nemeth Crapper, Andrew Solomon and Jordan Wall for their golden swims.
